JUGE
Common questions about our brand
JUGE is a Belgian brand that offers a collection of high-quality skincare products, all crafted here in Belgium with formulas that originate from scientific research and studies, ensuring efficacy and trustworthiness while making a JUGE social impact.
With our in-house knowledge, we want to establish ourselves as the go-to reference for all (scientifically-backed) information about skincare, serving as a one-stop-shop for your routine, industry information and questions.
Our team currently consists of the two founders: Julie Geebelen & Thijs Hegge.
Julie is a licensed pharmacist with an additional specialization master's degree in dermopharmacy and cosmetology. She has over 5 years of experience in the research & development of cosmetological products and medical devices.
Thijs has a background in strategy- & technology consulting, and is passionate about innovation, social entrepreneurship & graphic design.
We are now leveraging these diverse, complementary skills to build our own innovative skincare brand!
Right now! We have worked very hard on our first collection of skincare products for the last 3+ years, which has launched on December 14th in our online store.

Orders
Everything you need to know about JUGE orders
You can find all of our products here in the online store. Simply add them to your cart and follow the checkout process to complete your order!
If you are having trouble ordering, contact us directly via email (info@juge.be) or via the contact page.
When you follow the checkout process & complete payment successfully through your preferred payment method, we will send you a confirmation email containing an overview of your order details.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, your order might have not been registered correctly. If you have any doubts whether or not your order has been submitted successfully, you can contact us directly via email (info@juge.be) or via the contact page.
Absolutely - great idea!
With every order, we can put a free, branded JUGE gift bag in your package. Make sure to add the giftbag to your order via the shopping cart!
There's always a possibility that (some of) our products are sold out. In this case, we will do our best to restock them as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can register to our newsletter at the bottom of each website page to be notified whenever products are back in stock!
Shipping & Returns

We currently deliver to following countries:

We offer shipment through various carriers (see below).
Shipments within Belgium
- bpost: to addresses and pick-up points (with track-and-trace) - €3,50
Shipments to the Netherlands
- PostNL: to addresses and pick-up points (with track-and-trace) - €6,10
Shipping within Belgium and to the Netherlands is free of charge for orders with a total order amount of €75,00 or above!
Shipments to other countries (see list above)
- International shipping carrier: to addresses and pick-up points (with track-and-trace) - Shipping cost determined based on location (please refer to shipping options at checkout)
Yes - shipping is free of charge for all orders with a total order amount of €75,00 or more! This applies to all orders shipped within Belgium or to the Netherlands.
From the moment your order has successfully been submitted, we start packaging it and preparing your shipment. We aim to transfer your prepared package to the shipment carrier within 24 hours*.
Depending on your selected shipment method, delivery times can vary between 24 hours and a few (business) days.
* Excluding weekends and public holidays, for which your package will be transferred on the next business day. Preparation and transfer times may vary in exceptionally busy periods, depending on shipment carrier availability.
Of course - you can specify to which location you want your order to be delivered in the checkout process.
The selected shipping carrier will notify you of the scheduled delivery date and time.
If possible, your package will be placed in your mailbox. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be dropped off at the closest post office or pick-up point and you will be notified via note or email.
Your package will be available for pick-up there as of the next (business) day, for a 10 day period*. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
* Period may vary, depending on shipping carrier and/or pick-up point.
You can return your order if it is still unused and unopened in the original packaging, by contacting us at info@juge.be. We will then send you the needed practical information via email on how to prepare and ship your return order.
Due to hygiene & sanity reasons, we can unfortunately not accept returns for orders that have already been opened and/or used.

When we have received and accepted your returned order, we initiate the refund process via our bank. It can take up to 10 (business) days for your refund to be processed*.
* Refund processing period may vary depending on bank(s)
Products

Absolutely! Safe for Sensitive Skin
All JUGE products have been patch tested on 20 individuals with sensitive skin, and none experienced any allergic or irritating reactions.
For added reassurance, we recommend testing any new product on a small area of your inner arm before full use.
All JUGE products are safe to use for up to 6 months after opening, as indicated on the packaging.
All JUGE products are developed and produced locally in Belgium.
No, animal testing for cosmetic purposes has been prohibited since 2009, with further extension in 2013.
It’s important to note that claiming “not tested on animals” simply reflects legal compliance and is therefore not an ethical claim to make in our regard.
At JUGE, we take a different approach to sourcing raw materials: instead of focusing solely on natural ingredients (which can put a strain on nature) we prioritize truly sustainable options.
These include innovative raw materials derived from biotechnology, ensuring high performance and reliability while preserving the planet.
Absolutely! Our products are unisex and can be used by all genders.
Payments

We currently offer the following payment methods:

It might be possible that the payment details (e.g., card number, expiry date) you entered are incomplete or incorrect. Please ensure all entered details are correct and try again. You could also try a different payment method.
If you are still unable to process the payment, please reach out to us at info@juge.be so we can try and resolve the issue.
We only charge the amount calculated during checkout. However, if you are using a prepaid card, there may be temporary holds or card usage fees applied.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of the card you are using for details. If you are not using a prepaid card and believe you have been charged incorrectly, please reach out to us at info@juge.be so we can resolve the issue.
