Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item, counting from the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

You can request a return via info@juge.be. When requesting a return, please make sure that you provide us with as many details and info as possible (mention your name and order number).

After this email you can send your products at own cost to the address mentioned below. Please ensure that we receive your returns within 7 days after your email. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to process your returns.

Juge reserves the right to reject the return of products, which are not returned in accordance with our terms and conditions, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Juge cannot carry any cost or responsibility regarding the return shipment initiated by the buyer. Returns are at your own responsibility. Choosing the secured delivery option is advised. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the product value to your original method of payment. We will credit the amount to you within 14 days of its receipt.

The cost of shipment are those costs that you have paid at the moment your order was shipped by Juge to you. These costs of shipment are not refunded.

The return cost is the cost you pay when you return (part of) your order to Juge. We will only pay the return costs (standard postal tariff) and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the products are faulty.
